Free cancellation and full refund :

In the event of total or partial administrative closure of the establishment, during the dates of the reserved stay, decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the Service Provider.

Réservation flexible

A flexible reservation, modification free of charge J-30

Up to 30 days before your arrival date, you can change your stay free of charge: you can choose new dates, new accommodation, etc. while stocks last.

The rate for the new period chosen and the new accommodation will be applied.

A COVID cancellation guarantee included offered

You can cancel for free at the last minute in the following cases:

  • General or local confinement,
  • Border closure,
  • Travel ban,
  • One of the participants (listed on the reservation contract) tested positive for COVID,
  • One of the participants (listed on the reservation contract) is a proven contact case and must isolate himself while awaiting a test.

The sums paid will result in the issuance of a credit note valid for 18 months refundable at the end of the validity period.
